Need to connect MecánicOS to your tax invoicing system?
Spain
On requestVeri*Factu is available on request, with activation assisted by MecánicOS: we set it up with you, and it is not immediate. It requires a paid subscription, the workshop's tax set-up and the MecánicOS connector for Windows with the workshop's digital certificate.
Other countries
Tell us which tax invoicing system you use or which export format you need, and we will look into the integration.

No. MecánicOS works from the browser, on your computer and phone. If you'd like, you can install it as an app straight from the browser in two taps.
Yes. It works the same on any device, as long as you have an internet connection. No separate install needed per device.
Yes. If you already have customers, vehicles or repair history in another program — such as Gestión Taller, Excel or CSV — we can review it with you and help you migrate.
The account freezes and your data is preserved. As soon as you activate the Founder (€19/month + taxes) or Pro (€49/month + taxes) plan, everything picks up right where you left off.
Yes. No minimum term, no penalties. Cancel and that's it. Your data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations.
MecánicOS runs your workshop; it does not replace your invoicing software. When you close each repair you get a repair summary — a document with no tax validity, which is not an invoice — and you can copy its data or download it as CSV to invoice with your usual software. In Spain, invoicing with Veri*Factu from MecánicOS is available on request: it requires a paid subscription, assisted activation and the workshop's tax set-up.
