Have questions before signing up?
Do I need to install anything?
No. MecánicOS works from the browser, on your computer and phone. If you want to install it as an app on your phone, you can do so from the browser in two taps.
Can I bring my data from another program?
Yes. We import customers, vehicles and repair history from GestionTaller, Excel or any CSV. If you're coming from another program, write to us before signing up and we'll work it out together.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
The account freezes and your data is preserved. As soon as you activate the Basic (€29.90) or Pro (€59.90) plan, everything works again exactly where you left off.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No minimum term, no penalties. Cancel and that's it. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Is my data secure?
The database is hosted on Google Cloud within the European Union (europe-west1 region), in line with the GDPR. We work with technology providers that act as data processors; we do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
