Purpose

MecánicOS is workshop management software for vehicle repair shops, offered as a cloud service (SaaS) at mecanicos.app.

Intellectual property

The code, design, text and images of MecánicOS are the property of MecánicOS or their respective owners. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

Data entered by the user (customers, vehicles, orders, invoices) are the exclusive property of the user. MecánicOS acts as data processor.

Liability

MecánicOS is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or completely error-free operation; interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure incidents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MecánicOS is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, without excluding any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Murcia.
